ELASTO SUPREME H is an environmental friendly RAE type rubber process oil meeting requirement of COMMISSION REGULATION EC 552/2009- Amending regulation EC No.1907/2006(REACH)
It meets EU Directive requirement of the harmful PAH content (sum of specified 8 items as per EU Directive) less than 10 ppm and Benzo(a)pyrene less than 1 ppm.
This non-staining rubber process oil is a pure mineral oil containing high amount of aromatics for superior degree of solubility of rubber components.
ELASTO SUPREME H is a Residual Aromatic Extract directly obtained from refining process and unlike other blended products minimizes the chances of de-mixing and ensure predictable performance. It is a potential substitute for DAE used as plasticizer/Extender oils in rubber and tyres.
ELASTO SUPREME H is recommended for use in natural and synthetic rubber for compounding along with other ingredients to improve the workability of the finished rubber in the desired application.
It is mostly recommended for tire and rubber compound applications and delivers a right balance between wet grip and rolling resistance.
Thanks to its high aromatic content and balanced composition between aromatic, naphthenic and paraffinic molecules, it offers excellent compatibility with rubbers such as SBR, NR.
