KOOLKUT 40 M is a water miscible mineral oil based metal cutting fluid which forms a milky white emulsion.
MEETS SPECIFICATIONS
IS : 1115 and ZX of Indian defense
APPLICATION AREAS
KOOLKUT 40 M is suitable for all metals for machining operations where emulsifiable oil are normally recommended. The recommended concentration is between 2 to 10 % depending on the severity of machining. Used successfully for many grinding operations also. The product specifically gives excellent results during machining Operations on yellow metals without leaving stains and giving adequate stain protection during intermediate storage.
